Melinda reached out to me with the idea of wanting to do a cake smash to celebrate her milestone birthday. Needless to say, I was just as excited as her! We planned a session date, chatted about her outfit ideas and decided on locations.
Out at the farm in Gretna, NE was the perfect location to start her session. Her first outfit choice was a knockout black dress complimented by her hubs decked out for the occasion too!
After some formals couple's images, and then rocking some badassery on her own, she switched out the black for a sassy purple tutu and a birthday girl tank. And then we took up the fun to another level!
We photographed few more portraits at different spots at the Gretna farm, before heading to the dirt roads for the highlight of the night. The cake smash! Wine was included, of course!
